I Recall...



I recall that many years ago, as
A keen middle distance runner myself,
I was inspired by MessrsCoe,Ovett
And, of course, Cram, because they seemed to break
World records on a regular basis
And obtained an array of gold medals:
From the Olympics to the Commonwealth games.
They were my heroes and still are today.
