I Prayed For You
i prayed for you
even when you despised me
i prayed for you
even though you hated me
i prayed for you
when you looked down on me
i prayed for you
when you were down
i prayed for you
when you were lonely
i prayed for you
when you despaired
i prayed for you
though you hurt me and broke my heart
i prayed for you
when we parted ways
when you stabbed me in the heart with your words,
i still prayed for you
i prayed you find happiness and all your hearts desires
most of all i prayed you find love,
because you turned into a vicious unpleasant human being
love would warm you up and make you pleasant
at times i hated you and wished i never knew you
but i still prayed for you
even when i didn't feel like it, i prayed for you
i prayed for you even when i felt defeated
i prayed for you every night
i pray for you even though you still hate me
i always will pray for you
I like it. Reminds me of one of my favort bands rascal flatts songs ' my wish for you'.

Wow! with this I realized that the hardest thing to do in life and sometimes only a few people would dare is to pray for the welfare of enemies. And I think Jesus was right in his words.
