I pledge allegiance to a friend
To stick by them until the end
To never step out but always step up
Whenever push comes to shove

To always lend my hand when needed
And walk beside them, not follow or lead

To always shelter them from a storm
And mend their hearts whenever torn

Keep their secrets and memories in my heart
And treasure them from the very start

To never leave them out in the cold
And always have my shoulder ready

To go to Haven and wait for them
And to tell God have the gates open for them
