I Never Thought Poem by jamf15 2011

Sunny days seem to hurt me the most I wear the pain
Like a heavy coat I never thought it would come down to this
I never thought it would end like this I didn’t know how much
I would really miss not having you around any more
When you were gone it torn all the pages away like there was never a you
And me and deep down I don’t like how that’s feels I thought I wouldn’t need you
But I was dead wrong but the tears I cry are not the tears from my eyes but
Tears from deep within my heart time can’t change what has been or what was but time can change the broken heart that once beated just for you but in time my wounds will heal and maybe the pain will disappear into thin air

And I know we can’t be like we were before but if you stay just a little
That would be enough we never talk any more cause talking just turns into
Screaming Im yelling at him as his yelling over me and all that means is
Neither one of us are listening to what we have to one another but sorry seems to be
The hardest word to say But Im not going to sit here and point out who was wrong and who was right because both of us made mistakes we said something we should of never said did some things that were wrong because the truth is Im tired of being mad at you and at myself for what happened between us

Were fighting this war when both of us are losing so what’s the point it’s not going to change what happened between us but the tears in my eyes will dry and the pain will soon be history and a new page in my life will being but if your in my life or not I’ll always hold a small place in my heart for you no matter what happens from now on
