I'M Trying Poem by Samuel Jones

I'm sick, I'm tired and I'm close to breaking.
Day one with my 'friends' yet some were faking.
Now I'm getting somewhere I see them coming around in case I'm banking, now days I keep it tight with the friends I'm making, I've lost a couple already it's crazy to be thinking, such a young age I've been to so many funerals, watched my mother pass in the hospital, now an angel I know she's watching me as I become professional, I'm not there yet but don't doubt on me, I made where I am now with nobody, now I found hope I'll be somebody.
