Christina Byrd

I'm sorry.

We love
We fight
You are happy
You are sad
You made me mad
So I hit you
You hit me back
But I still felt bad
Our family lowers you
And I shouldn't join them
so I am sorry
I know we will make up
But now we just need some time
I hope my angry never flares
nor my hand strike you
But if they do,
I am sorry

Poem of the Day

poet Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

I heard the bells on Christmas day
Their old familiar carols play,

Of peace on earth, good will to men.
