I'm Sorry

I'm sorry if I had to say NO
I didn't intend to hurt your ego
It's better than to make a promise wit' you
I'm sorry, guess I have to go.

I'm sorry If I've been so cold
It's not like that I have been told
This heart of mine's not being sold
I'm sorry, but this must be unfold.

I'm sorry if I've been cruel
But I don't want you to look like a fool
You're kind, smart and you're so cool
I'm sorry, messing around not's my rule.

I'm sorry if I made you mad
I'm not telling this for you to be sad
It's okay if you think I'm all bad
I'm sorry, friendship's all I had.

I'm sorry for causing you much pains
I didn't intend to put you in vain
I just don't want to deceive your feelings
I'm sorry, it's not you that I'm longing.

I'm sorry if I made you cry
But this is better than tell you a lie
I'm telling you, I had given it a try
I'm sorry but I have to bid you good bye.

I'm sorry if I had to leave you
Waling away's the best thing I can do
You just move on and start anew
I'm sorry it's best if you have no clue.

I'm sorry if I made your heart broken
I'm sorry if I have to pretend
I'm sorry if this is how it ends
I'm sorry for in heaven I have to ascend.

poet Li Po

Amongst the flowers I
am alone with my pot of wine
drinking by myself; then lifting
my cup I asked the moon
to drink with me, its reflection
and mine in the wine cup, just
