I’m Lonely In A Crowded Place Poem by Paizli Palmrose

I’m Lonely In A Crowded Place

I’m lonely in a crowded place
For I see not a friendly face
My words of greeting are ignored
The crowd seems so very bored
I cannot see a smile there
So much fear everywhere
Each has their many troubles
The light turns red
The tension doubles
Each with a destination
The greyhound pulls away
