I'M Done With You Poem by Leigh Ladd

I'M Done With You

Don't let your ego grow inflated,
I'm done with you,
The memory of you has become abated.

Don't let your spirits fly so high,
I'm done with you,
No longer wanting to run and hide.

Don't mistake an accident for yearning,
I'm done with you,
Only I can make my life have meaning.

Don't let your mind think that you can't be replaced,
I'm done with you,
Someone else has come to put a smile on my face.

Don't let yourself seek me out when you've gone down,
I'm done with you,
Know in your heart I'm not going to be around.
