I’m Addicted To You



This warm silver rain
honeysuckle scented
softly falling and refreshing
my heart alone from pain
whispers its velvety tenderness

and I’m addicted to you
like the earth thirsting for rain

you are an ineffable sweet shiver
and a delicious drug in my vein
through the river of my dreams
that secretly drags me to heaven
