I Loved You Once
I loved you once
It seemed so long ago
I use to wonder
if you'd love me when I'm old
as days go by and by
i know you'll be by my side
i loved you once
you must have known
you saw it when i cried
and knew when you looked me in the eyes
i loved you once
i know a long time age
I use to wonder (was it a dream)
if you loved me so
But now as days go by and by
I know you'll never be my side
But oh, how lovely if it were to be
I still wonder if we'll see
