I Loved You in a Way


I loved you in a way,
That nobody could say,
That anything was lacking,
Not even smiling and laughing.

I loved you in a way,
That spoke of a huge heart,
Beating a huge beat,
And my love would endlessly stay.

I spoke tender words last night,
And they seemed to right,
That you heart beat faster and faster,
And you knew what the secret of love was.

I loved you in a way,
That you would never stray,
From the love path,
We happily lay.
