i loved you

I loved you
But you never loved me back
I called you
But you never answered
I wrote letters
you never replied
I wonder now
Did he even see me
I gave up hope
But then he realized
That he needed me
But it was too late
I had moved on
To someone who loved me
But I still loved you
And had no clue
And we slowly died inside
Until we faded away….

And your play-house, too,
Are things of the long ago;
