I Love You More Than... Poem by Elizabeth Tyrrell

I Love You More Than...

Rating: 3.5

I love you more than you love me,
No that's not true I love you more than that.
I love you more than all the people in the world,
No that's not true I love you more than that.
I love you more than everything in the world,
No that's not true I love you more than that.
I love you to the moon and back,
No that's not true I love you more than that.
I love you from this galaxy to the next,
No that's not true I love you more than that.
I love you more than all the stars in the sky,
More than all the galaxies,
More than all the people and animals,
More than all the plants,
More than all the water,
More than all the distance,
More than all the knowledge,
More than all the art,
Yes that's true that's how much I love you.

Emily, I like this poem. So many of your others are sad, depressing, hinting suicide, but this one is uplifting. Please give us more like this one.

Nice thoughts. At your age, at the first touch of love, I think most girls think about their love like this. I have a poem titled 'Pristine Love'. It's written on feelings of love of girls of your age. You may like to read it.
