I Love You Poem by Ronald Speight

I Love You

Love is a pain
The pain that keeps you driven
Pain that you thrive for
A pain you would kill to keep
A pain that could lay you to rest

To live is to love if true
Then im part of the many
Walking dead
To say you love someone
Isn’t enough

You have to live your life
Loving them words are
Powerful things we
Take for granted each day

The words I love you
Don’t mean much if you can’t
Place your heart in my hands
To say it means nothing
But to trust in me is a
Necessity

Love is life, love is all but the trust is key to love. Your plea is very much true.
