I Love All Mothers Poem by Hebert Logerie

I Love All Mothers

I am blessed and lucky to have a natural mother,
Who is still living, laughing, kicking, and joking around,
Even though she gives me hell with pleasure.
My mother is very funny. She is chic like a greyhound.
My mom can easily find a way to make anybody laugh.

I am blessed to have had a disciplinarian mother,
Who took great care of me. This mother was tough.

I am blessed to have had a few adoptive mothers,
Who nourished my flesh and my soul,
And who kept me away from the deadly pool.

I shall not name these wonderful mothers.
I love all mothers, and all of my caretakers.
I am forever grateful to those beautiful ladies.
May God bless them! May they enjoy peace!
