I Love Poem by Sallie Howson

I Love

Rating: 4.3

I love
Lindt hot chocolate on a winter’s day,
Fresh fruit salad in the month of May,
Summer strolls with the smell of hay,
I love.

I love
Evenings out at London shows,
A roaring fire when the north wind blows,
Stripy socks with individual toes,
I love.

I love opera
And I love pop.
I love dancing
Till I’m fit to drop,
I love.

I love
Sunday lunch with loved ones dear,
Italian wine and German beer,
Your sms when you’re not here,
I love.

I love coffee
And you love tea,
I count the days
You’re away from me,
I love
You.
