i know i'm not pretty
nor perfect
or smart
i know im not skinny
i'm not normal
not sane
i know i'm not perfect you didn't have to say

but being around my best friends
my boyfriend
my favourite people
makes me feel like insane is normal and perfect
in our world
makes me feel like not being skinny
being curvy is pretty
and none of us are smart
i dont care
cause i know i'm not perfect
so you didn't have to say
because i like me that way.
