I Indulge Poem by Michael Walkerjohn

I Indulge

Rating: 5.0

It was me
and every motion
is my soul's perfection
is as always that beauty
accordingly, I quarrel
within my universe…
you shall, understand
I indulge to adjust
a cheerful honesty
into all rapport and comment
I expect, in speaking to you
that you shall not abhor
my every motion
think instead, my pronunciation
is not snide perfection
is not what all expected…
do not confuse my need
for a little attention
to be me, hope you know
is not a pretentious endeavour
when I have, you receive
I was looking, for you
from the moment
I was conceived
friend, my goal is
to achieve my life's projection
and in this I indulge.

COMMENTS OF THE POEM

Aloha Mehnta Hasmukh Amathalal... I know that in time, I will get my salutation correct... thank you kind sir, for your read, and these most personal comments... revealing your thoughts on my words... your words should resonate throughout this world... i.e. With simple act Of honest projection... why is it that the leadership members of all nations, cannot seem to act accordingly? Are these individuals human beings, or demons? something all word wrights, all over this earth, must address... and soon! All of the best from this life, to you, and all of your relations...
