I Hear Myself Poem by Shalom Freedman

I Hear Myself

Rating: 5.0

I HEAR MYSELF

I hear myself
I know the sound
It is the sound of poetry
Perhaps no one else hears it this way
But I do
It’s a rhythm
A music
It’s something I need
It’s the soul
I hear it
Why I know what it is
I do not know
But it is this
It is real
It is Poetry
