I Hate You Poem by Paula Glynn

I hate the way you look, the way you talk,
I hate your style, I hate your cold smile,
And crocodile tears,
And I hate you because you're fake,
Mean and vicious.

You have no heart, no soul,
You only have anger and resentment,
There is no love in your heart,
You rip people to shreds, tear people apart.

You leave people battered and bruised,
You use and abuse the weak,
You stop others standing up to speak,
Your heart is cold and you have no love.

You are selfish, evil and cruel,
You treat others like they're fools,
Your emotions are nonexistent,
Your soul is black and grey,
You light up no one's day,
You don't even know how to pray.

You spit out words and use your fist,
When people are crying, you don't get the gist,
You treat people with no respect,
And leave those to drown in bruises and tears.

People avoid you, although they won't admit this,
Because you attack when you see weakness,
You have begun a reign of terror,
No one likes you, no one respects you.

You are all alone in this world,
And it will be a world of stone for you,
Because you were too quick to kick people down,
And your name is known all around town.

You are now being left to be their fool,
As they think themselves too cool,
To be your friend or partner,
For you brought it all on yourself:
Until you learn to change your heart of steel,
Into a soul that can feel.
