I Felt Your Touch Up Against Me Poem by Brad Purvis

I Felt Your Touch Up Against Me

I felt your touch up against me
the feelings of what he did
burn within me

I keep my distance
I keep my promise
to not touch
to not feel
the hatred that burns in me

I cant forgive, i cant forget
he touchs you again
i will break his neck

I remember the promise
to forget, to forgive
to be with me, not him

i lay here and wait
for your call
to make me think back...

I felt your touch up against me
the feelings of what he did
burn within me

knuckles white
arms flexed
I see him in you
I love this bit

I run, i leap, i crash, i fall
Ripped him from you
crashing through the wall

I bite, i kick
Im gonna rip off his ****

He crys, he pleads
he makes you remember
me

I felt your touch up against me
the feelings of what he did
burn within me

I stare in shock
on what he said..
you agreed
to get in his bed..

Knuckles white
arms flexed
eyes burning
ready to quit

I cry, i plead
wishing you were with me
I shoot
you cry
between the eyes

I felt your touch up against me
the feelings of what he did
burn within me

I lay here and wait
for you to walk up to me
to say you love me
that you want me
to feel me
to touch me
to love me...

I felt your touch up against me
the feelings of what he did
burn within me...
