I Dreamt Of Vividness Poem by Catherine Inscore

I Dreamt Of Vividness

dreamt of vividness
cruising Denim VW
adobe built roads
innocent blue-eyed baby
cuddling in my lap

children climbing on a sparkling castle
dancing in the moonlight
coyotes howling softly
your lips pressing firmly
upon mine so tightly

the sea rushing fast
orange flamingos flying over
passing red balloons
to one another
while laughing out clouds
