I Dream Of A Different World Poem by Patti Masterman

I Dream Of A Different World

Rating: 5.0

I dream of a different world
In colors never seen,
Where loving voices call out low-
And nothing's sharp or mean.

I dream of a different world
Where physics is an option-
Because the gears and wheels get pulled-
If things aren't done with caution.

I dream of a different world
Where kindly hands pull strings,
And the heart's not left alone-
To perish- while it sings.
