I Dont Care For You

I know when to say NO
I know when to let GO
I know what my worth is
Nothing is going to make me cry
If you cared it would be written all over the stars
I am sorry to say but I am kind of busy
I don't care to see you
You don't mean anything at all to me

I have loved and given
I have been broken
I have seen the stars fall from the skies
I am not a fool anymore, I know what is right! !
Oh no baby you mean nothing to me
Oh no baby boy I don't care to see your face at all
I don't need the warmth of your hands to feel alive

If I don't answer your call tomorrow it's because you showed me you aren't no different
If you can't feel the affection in my touch
If you can't see the love in my eyes
That's because your deserving of my heart
It doesn't take much to steal my heart

But baby don't think I will be waiting by the phone
If you wanted to set me free, you could have taken the chance
Even when your hand touches mine
My heart does not light in your direction

I don't have the words to say that I care
I don't want to see or hear your voice
I know when to let go
I know when to say NO
I know what my worth is

I don't have time for games
Or waiting to be treated like they care
I hold my heart to my chest and it's covered in glass
Yes there is a whole in my heart
But you are not the one to fill the emptiness
Oh no you haven't touched my soul
You don't know what it takes to make me care

ARM’D year! year of the struggle!
No dainty rhymes or sentimental love verses for you, terrible year!
Not you as some pale poetling, seated at a desk, lisping cadenzas
