I Believed. Poem by Lovely No One

I Believed.

Rating: 4.5

The air dries her eyes,
The fire of her heart won't let her fall,
The water in her heart helps her learn,
the earth, her mother, soothes her broken body.
Her spirit won't let her die.

Her heart cannot forget,
Her mind replays all the lies.

She won't let him see.
She won't believe anymore.
All those sweet words he lied.

Playing with someone heart and emotions, while paying lip service to Love is the act of an ugly person. Love is a spiritual experience that affects all profoundly, therefore it must not be toyed with. Lovely poem written with insight. Thanks for sharing Lovely No One.
