I am the quiet thinker, sitting back
I am the hopeless romantic
I am the drawer on the sides of my pages
I am the reason she cries
I am the reason she smiles
I am the drummer in my mind
I am the doubter of all
I am the believer of much
I am the whisper beneath your breath
I am the yell crying out
I am the embodiement of myself
I am the things you wish you could be
I am the voice of reason in the midst of conflict
I am the calm tone of voice
I am with many yet I feel alone
I am the beat of dependability
I am the opener of eyes
I am the listener of your problems

I stand in doubt whilst believing
I stand in silence while you talk
I stand with many, yet i am alone
I stand wanting much
