I am not change,
Nor am i fear.

I am not a sinnless soul,
A forgotten thought,
or a beautiful body.

I am not a big smile,
a flawless dancer,
An overjoyed flower
or a sacred cave.

I am not the girl looking back in the mirror,
The strange eyes looking for reasons.

I am not normal,
i am not different,
i am not found or lost,
Black or white,
Heavy or weightless.

I am not someone who fakes their love,
a narrow creek
or a wide river,
a clod of dirt
or a channel of pure sun.

I am not yet these things but i can be,
and in time
i will.
