I act like
Your not there
I don't acknowledge you
When you stare
You make jokes
And i act like
I don't care

I know how
This must seem to you
I know Im really
Mean to you

Its not that i don't like you
I like you
I show it
By being mean to you

You would know if
You were mean to me
Because your attitude
Would devastate me
I don't know what
I would do
If i thought
You hated me

So i guess
I have to figure out a way
To change my attitude
To be nice to you
BECAUSE.....
I am mean because I like you!
