I Am Alive
Mind filled with all dark clouds
Their shadow taunts me aloud
Making me deaf, dumb and blind
Throwing my dreams in thrash
Could someone find?
Every man has to face the dark
But sun distributes light equally
Not comparing, white or dark
Dull or smart or song or a bark!
If my breath has taste of fire
Then I am alive!
If my eyes have dreams of thunder
Then I am alive!
If my destination catches hearts
Then I am alive!
Because I have learnt to live,
To dream, to love, to believe,
To raise, rise and to give!
an excellent poem, good compliments on each line. a nice flow making it a great read. a positive outlook, love the last stanza this is great write.
