I Am A Treat Poem by Vanessa Kaylee

I Am A Treat

I hear your voice all around me whispering sweet nothingness,
bleak motionless,
your lips do not move
surrounding me
towering over me
your hands placed right there above my hips
i crave your lips
kiss me, just one little kiss of death
forbidding me to advance,
punishing me for a quick retreat,
leave me be,
I beg,
I plea,
But you do not agree,
you stay,
to torture me,
knowing it hurts having you look at me like I am nothing,
but a treat.
