I Am A Stranger (To Those I Meet) Poem by Tommy Szamosi

I Am A Stranger (To Those I Meet)

i AM someone who lives a life
without a home - without a wife
i AM a tourist, a vagabond...
my tales, you know, they do astound.

i AM a stranger to those i meet
for moments in time for pleasures sweet
i AM Darwin's 'ape', a civilized male
who brings truth to a table by a keg of ale.

i AM a believer in a God that's good
and He and I talk as every man should
i AM in His image - made just to reveal
how beautiful life is when you get the deal.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
