I am a simple sorrowful sinner
nobody special, nothing more
I was created, prepared for Love
Who is my Lord, my greatest Lover
my sweetest Jesus
Who is my Christ, sent here to die for me
now for Him, only Him and for all His friends
I commit
My life, His gifts which are His songs
toward all, for the whole wide world to sing along
to be in one accord to adore and to worship
Him, only Him, who had labored and died,
now He is crying for all His children to stop the fighting
Instead, to love one another as He has shown
with His full dolorous Passion and Death
Please love one another
all my brethren
