I am
Sometimes quiet and sometimes loud
Sometimes humble and sometimes proud
Sometimes eager and sometimes lazy
Sometimes silly, but always crazy
Sometimes happy and sometimes sad
Sometimes good, but mostly bad

You have described most people, but I like to believe that most people are more good than bad.
You have made use of contrasts very well. when we study eng. literature, we study about the use of contrasts in poems and in novels and in all kinds of writing. you have done it very well here in this poem. thank you.
