I Am
I am the light in the dark and the dark in the light
I wonder what heaven looks like
I hear death surrounding the room
I see a shadow casting over the sun
I want to fly a plane to a land without troubles
I am the light in the dark and the dark in the light

I pretend I don't know
I feel like something bad is coming are way
I touch a heart that never turned red
I worry that it will be to late for my mom
I cry for the ones that didn't make it
I am a light in the dark and the dark in the light

I understand that you can't bring her back
I say that no matter how bad things get you still have hope
I dream of a world without sin
I try to do the impossible
I hope the end is far from near
I am the light in the dark and the dark in the light
