I Am. Poem by Danielle Ward

I Am.

Rating: 5.0

I am a breathe,
I am a life.
I am toil,
And I am strife.
I am a word,
I am a name,
I am a heart,
And also a brain.
I am a hand
That holds on tight.
I am an eye
That waits for light.
I am a mouth
To kiss soft skin.
I am a thought
That hides within.
I'm a hope, a dream,
A wishful sigh.
I'm a shiver, a fall,
A pain-filled cry.

I am human.
I am your soul.

This is a different and interesting take on the presentation of soul Danielle and it took me along with it's flow and well lined words..... a 10 from Fay.
