I Am Poem by Hannah Blair

I Am

Rating: 5.0

I am a road incomplete
A dream being dreampt
A leaf from a busy tree
A note from a high pitched vioce
Courage of determination
Free life
A tsunami os meaning
Hunting my answer

I am a lonly wolf's cry
Answered by my own kind
A snake's gentle slither
The drip of hard rain
Atop a still roof

I am sun
Brightening
Sometimes to strong for myself
creating sweat upon innocent
Beating down on my world in not always a positive way
Though air is my soul
My intentions are good

I am the fire of fierce compassion
Burning forever
Crackling with warmth
Dangeriously snapping

I am alive
Like a horses galloping through a field of daisies
Hoofs beating like a heart
rythmical pattern
one after the other
Mane through my ears
Flapping like a hummingbird's wings
rythmical pattern
one after the other
Flying high on life

I am a chameleon
Not always adapting to my surroundings
A lion
Beatiful in theory
Tuff exterior
Yet afraid as hell
A quiet secret
Hidden
A simple not on an untuned piano
Not perfect
me
I am..
