Hypophrenia Poem by Shelby Barker

Hypophrenia

apathy comes and apathy goes but don’t make me say it
apathy comes when I’m alone, don’t make me
home remedies don’t make me

I’m covered in the dust of my falling,
healthy my mind still must bemuse
as there is nowhere below me.
“underlying depression, ain’t nothin’ but the blues”

'And ain't nothing but the blues! So true, so true! I love this power line that clearly defines your state of consciousness! Once we honestly recognize the situation we are going through at the moment, then we are able to move on with a smile! 10+++ Well penned! Keep it up! Love and Peace for always!
