Hush Poem by Suzanne Hayasaki

Hush

Lie quiet my friend.
Get some rest.
Sleep. Dream.
Release your hold on today.
Let your fears slip away.
I am here
By your side
Through the night.

Be at ease.
Believe that when a new day breaks
I will be here
Friends will be near
Love will surround you like sunlight.

So gather your strength
And lighten your soul.
Let your burdens drop.
Let time stop.

Let go.
Float.
Be free.

Know that your love lives on in us.
Know that the channel flows both ways.
Know that we know nothing
And believe that we are everything.

As eternal as time.
As enduring as faith.
As immortal as love.
As Real as we are One.
