dont understand
the damage i do with these hands
hitting things to get rid of pain
freaking out, going insane

bed drenched in tears
heart filled with a million spears
your words destruct me peice by peice
feelings on a temporary lease

loosing all feeling in my hands
more hurtful words than i can stand
whats the amount i can bare
life turning into repeating scares.

Never thought you'd hurt me this way
just trying to make it through each day
you cant hear my screams anymore
you have no idea what you have in store
