Human Friends Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Human Friends

Rating: 5.0

Whatever may the consequences!
Whatever may be the losses!
We can only pray for precious lives
But one thing has to be believed

Fate can not be challenged
If it was really destined
Air disaster is just an excuse
To seek His grace and refuge

We are helpless human
If this much can be understood by man or woman
No one can delay destiny even by minute
Let us fold hand and remain mute

It is regretted that still they are not traced
Wreckage of plain is deep buried
It may be found any time
We need to grieve the loss all the times

We may paint the loss pathetically
Shed the tears in response really
But let us leave all in His mighty hands
Let us live on earth as human friends
