Human Aggression Poem by Cynthia Buhain-baello

Human Aggression

From ancient times its head appeared
This monster within bred from Hatred.
Blinded by doctrine and pious Violence
This aggression mocked Man's existence.

The greatest threat seen from History,
Is human aggression that seeks to devour.
Greed for power and conquest, we see
Is the wick, the spark, that opens Death's door.
