Hugs And Embraces Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Hugs And Embraces

Hug and embrace

Little street dogs rush to my gate
Move the tail and try to shake more
I understand their urge food
They roll on my feet and I know their need

I have none to hug
At least doggies come and rub
Their back to my feet
I smilingly greet

They have no tongue to speak
Only raise some voice to ask
If I am alright and happy
I wish them good day

Hug means so much
We may reach out
To person with love and warmth
The relation still grow further or aftermath

Hug combine with embrace
Generates lots of happiness
Some sort of closeness is felt and clearly visible
That is how we assure the people in their struggle
