Each of us was borne with a different personality
We got the influences from the surroundings
Later follows the result and the corresponding activity.

There are many wise teachings, but many foolish too,
Some of us sees the logic, some don't
Following anything from ignorance, just something they do.

But the law of life is teaching that how we think, do & eat,
Determines our energy and well being
And the world around us how we treat.

If we understand life, we will do our best
To respect our bodies, others & eat the best nutrition.
Never abuse ourselves or others, then everything falls in line with the rest.
