How Many Lives To Die Poem by Miroslava Odalovic

How Many Lives To Die

How many cries to hear
This street this street
Closing down on me
This bridge this bridge
River hum to hear
Get close go down
The water flows
Bend remorse to the ground
In fear it grows
Where do you truth off
Where do you truth down
The Eden roses thinning overnight?
Which speech what sound
Would you like to hear now
How many lives how many cries
Can your mirror bear?
Clairvoyant re-clair?
Presque-vue?
