You hide behind your mask of tears
you yet to show your thoughts or fears
within 15 minutes everything changed
your life's upset down and your hearts rearranged
no one goes out because no one comes in
its hard to start all over again
to share your trust
for something called lust
that to share your heart
that was ripped apart
you cry at night when the sky lets go
you hear your cries and tearful no
when all is calm he slips in your mind
you wonder how he could be so unkind
then call and tell you it meant so much
and he longs to feel your frightened touch
to run away was your dream
he held on tight to finish his scheme
he thought since you gave it to the other boy
it was his turn to have his share of joy
to bring you down for his own pleasure
cannot be forgiven at any measure
