How easy it is to forget!
Our friends, our triumphs, our love
When we face the trials of the moment.
How easy it is to forget!
Our promises, our hopes, our dreams,
When we face the despair of the moment.
How easy it is to forget!
Our beloved, our relatives, our friends.
When we are faced with the loneliness
Of the moment.
Yet when all else is forgotten,
In our trials, despair, and loneliness,
We are forced to remember God!
