How do you mend a broken heart
That is bleeding so badly
That it seems like the wounds will never heal?
It's hard to say
How to mend this broken heart of mine
That won't heal
I've been through this life once before
But it just seems to get harder
Each time
I loved him with all my heart
But he just couldn't see that
I broke his heart as well
And wish I could take it back
But it just seems too late
He says he wants to mend our relationship
But can it be done
Even after all the hurt we put each other through/
This I don't know
All I know is this
I have a broken heart
That seems to bleed
And won't heal
