How Do I Say



How do I say that something's bugging me
When sadness is something they don't want to see
How do I say that I'm not alright
Without accidentally causing fright
How do I say I'm going through strife
Without feeling like I'm butting into their life
How do I talk about the things on my mind
If to my emotions they seem to be blind
How do I say how I feel
How do I say that this hurt is real

When I'm ok, I'm being bugged by a thought. When I say it's not too bad, I mean it's not enough for me to admit there's something wrong. I want to talk about what's wrong but I hate pressing my issues on others and that thought just makes things worse.
