There is
no way to blame
you for choosing
to stay far remove
for your children's sake

my heart
looking upon
shreds for clothes
your dignity stripped
war induced poverty..


Just think...

You cant hide the rags
they call your clothes
nor keep your respectability
even your Pashto language
seems stripped of pride.
